This post will be about the two booths that I visited the most during the event. It’s none other than DEVILROBOTS’s and Tokidoki’s booth. The photo above is taken at the DEVILROBOTS’s booth, artwork drawn by Yuji Yato from KAMAKIRI. DEVILROBOTS Jr?
This is how the DEVILROBOTS’s booth looks like. DEVILROBOTS, a design team from Japan led by Shinichiro Kitai, are the creators of the famous TO-FU Oyako (in case you don’t know). Some of my friends still tell me that they don’t understand why those TO-FUs are so popular. ^^; And those squares in the background are actually for sale. Each square cost S$10, autograph not included.
And these are the square boards that we bought. The evirob is mine, while the TO-FU? belongs to my brother. Not sure whether the girls are from Japan, but do looks like Japanese to me. Remember that they still joke with me when I collect the boards. ^^
A close up of the cards placed on the table.
Close up on one of the glass displays. The two whales reminds me of the toys I used to play when I was a child.
Transformers x DEVILROBOTS? Saw the T-shirts, but not to my liking.
Memebers of the DEVILROBOTS. The person in the middle is Shinichiro Kitai and he’s drawing characters from the TO-FU Oyako on the trooper’s helmet for exhibition at the 501st Legion Singapore Garrison area.
Again, the artists from KAMAKIRI. Uses crayons to draw their artwork at the event.
Next is our neighbour, Tokidoki’s booth. There’s a very long and colourful wallpaper at the back of his booth, which will attract the attention of the people who pass by his booth.
Close up of a portion of the wallpaper. Beautiful and colourful.
His products looks trendy, which is one of the reason why the products are sold out fast. I want to buy the T-shirts, but my size were all sold out.
Tokidoki x Hello Kitty. The black handbag was sold out within the first 2 days of the event.
Only saw this at Tokidoki’s booth. Got the wristband for two days. We really have many things for Tokidoki to sign. ^^; One thing that I like about Simone Legno is that he is very friendly towards his fans and other people, even though he is very famous or after signing a lot of stuff. And he’s always standing for all his autograph sessions.
Someone letting Tokidoki sign her laptop. Looks cool. Nice that he don’t really reject to sign on anything, big or small. And seems like there will always be beer within his reach throughout the event, same goes to DEVILROBOTS. ^^
And this is a common sight when the autograph session starts.
The lovely and friendly helpers at the Tokidoki booth. Most of them are younger than my sister and the youngest is less than 20 years old. Seems like I’m really getting old. =_= Thanks to them and being neighbour with Tokidoki, our experience at the event is more interesting and enjoyable. ^^
You can read about our booth if you are interested.
I love Tokidoki!!!
Ya, Me too. ^^
I hope they will have this Fujitsu Tokidoki UMPC showing in the event!
