Everyone is waiting for the presentation to start
Attended Danny Choo’s blogging workshop together with my brother yesterday. Finally, I can see Danny Choo ‘live’, which is good. Did take some photos of the presentation, but didn’t turn out very nice so I decide not to upload it. Still learning how to use my camera as I just bought it 2 days ago. I like Danny Choo’s presentation as it is interesting and not long-winded like normal presentation. Also, showing 2D gals from time to time do help. ^^;

Everyone is lining up to receive Danny Choo's name card
After the presentation, is some offline networking time. Danny Choo starts to distribute his name card to every blogger. Just like bees attracted to honey, everyone lines up to collect his name card and taking photos with him.

Interview with Animax
After some networking, the media started their interview session with Danny. While waiting for the rain to stop and talking to other bloggers, I spotted the interview between Danny and Animax.

Searching for words, please wait...
Something interesting is that Danny seems to get a bit nervous at the beginning of the interview, especially when he was asked to hold an Animax mic in front of the camera. I enjoyed watching the different reactions and expressions made by Danny during the interview. So I decided to take some behind the scene video with my camera. Not sure whether I can upload it? Need Danny’s and Animax’s permission.

Everyone's idol
Danny is a funny person (kept on laughing when he started speaking in British and Singlish slang during the presentation) and also a knowledgeable in his work and interest (earning money from affiliates to buy his house and start his own company ^^;).

Group photo of Danny Choo with the Singapore bloggers
Really happy that I decided to attend this workshop. It lets me have some ideas on how to improve my blog. I do treasure the moments talking to Danny in person as he is my idol (same with many other comrades at dannychoo.com). Too bad I’m too shy to talk to other bloggers. ^^; But lucky I met tueac.

Gorgeous Mirai
So, I decided to ask Danny for his autograph on his lovely name card (thanks for the suggestion from a blogger-to-be that I met at the workshop). This is the first post with my own photos. Will see more in the future and I will start to do some reviews on my figures soon.
Please visit dannychoo.com and you won’t regret it. ^^
Going to AFA? I was not at the workshop, but I will gladly meet up at AFA with new people too.
Hey there, nice to meet a fellow Danny Choo talk attendant. Wanna do a blog URL exchange, I’m AK, the one in the dark green shirt.
@ Panther,
Ya, I’m going to AFA. I will be going with my brother. I dun mind meeting up with new people too. How do I contact you?
@ AK,
My pleasure. Wished I could have chat with you all during the workshop.
don’t be shy, i don’t bite. well, sometimes. ^^;
anyway all the best for your blog. post often, go around commenting on others’ blogs is a good way to market yourself.
I should be lucky that I met you!
Had fun talking to you, maybe we should have our own “networking” event soon!
was great meeting you. Thanks for coming!
Sure you can upload the video ^^;
@ gordon,
Haha. I will try to post often and leave comments more often. Just try not to bite me if I say something wrong. ^^;
@ Tueac,
It may be a good idea.
@ Danny Choo,
Oh! Didn’t know you will visit my blog. Maybe today is my lucky day. ^^ Never upload a video before, but will try to figure out how. Thanks!
Hey, nice pictures you got there!
I should have gotten Danny’s autograph on the front side of his card instead of the reverse side, haha.
Looking forward to your other posts man. Have fun at AFA, hopefully can meet you there!
It is good to attend blogging workshop to improve further. Have a nice day.
@ krazedout,
Thanks for ur suggestion on the autograph. Ya, hope can meet at AFA. ^^
@ coolingstar9,
True. It also motivates new blogger like me to carry on blogging.
Aiyah why never talk to others. Networking is a good form to know folks that enjoy the same passion as you.
All (or most) of the bloggers are very nice, even those famous ones. LOL
Haha. I paiseh mah. ^^;
Will network around next time.
